To recruit, organize, coach, and provide technical or other support to build Khmer American basketball programs within the United States and internationally.

• The UCBA is dedicated improving the skill levels of Khmer Americans youth competing in the South East Asian Games representing Cambodia.

 

• The UCBA works toward establishing better cooperation, respect, and understanding, between American and Cambodian citizens through sports diplomacy and organized sports activities.

• The UCBA will works to build pride in the USA and Cambodia through basketball programs in the United States and internationally.
